no service at all from old mutual.

i cancelled a retirement plan with old mutua, got communication that it has been cancelled and should expect money into my account in 7 days, its now three months, and they deducted again. forwarded my information for a refund, its a month waiting! i got communication that wrong things were requested from me, yet the very info required is the same as before.
