No service at all from Old Mutual

I file a divorce settlement claim with Old Mutual pensionfund in the first week of August. The consultant at the Southgate branch made a mistake with the payout method. I called ?round the 4th September to follow up and was told this which they never bothered to call me. They than corrected it. On the 7th Old Mutualcalled me and said I will be paid out on the 11th September which up till today never happend. I called the call centre number more than 4 times and was over 45min on a call being transferred to 4 different people with no joy at all. I spoke to the manager some Mrs Cliffright twice since laast week which she promised they will keep me up to date but I never got a single call yet. This is no service at all, a tuckshop gives better service than what I am getting now from Old Mutual and due to this my whole life is standing still. I will never consider investing in an Old Mutual producy. They worse than a SAPS police station.
