No service at all

Do not use Old Mutual at all. Their service is poor, you cannot get through to them telephonically. They have poor attitude and drop the call in your ear when they told you that you can only be serviced when going into their offices. I have been on hold for more than 30 minutes at a time trying to get through to their call centre to follow up on a death claim.

I have been promised that someone will call me back on the day that I went in firstly the following day. Trying to follow up but no answer on their call centre and the Office in Brooklyn gave me bad attitude
