No service at all

<p><span style="color: #666666; font-family: 'Source Sans Pro', Verdana, Geneva, sans-serif; line-height: 20px; background-color: #ffffff;">My policy matured when I turned 70 and the only payout I received was my interest when I went to query this I was asked to bring my bank statement as on their records it shows payment was made to my account. I took the statement which clearly shows I only received the interest amount as per their records . I have been patiently Waiting for my payment 2 months later still nothing , no one is communicating with me I always have to go to old mutual offices to get feedback and the only feedback I get is they will be in contact . Can someone please assist me regarding this matter.</span></p>
