NO SERVICE AT ALL

<p>It is with regret that I have to resort to these meusures, but if I get no response from an institution such as Old Mutual where else am I to go.</p> <p>Firstly I have been a client of Old Mutual for more than 30 years and could never fault their service, however in the last two years their service has dropped from 100% to 0. </p> <p>In Desember 2015 I try to contact my Old Mutual finansiel adviser. Telephone calls, sms and email could not get any response, I neaded tax returns for previous years. My tax adviser eventually got hold of her and the right information.</p> <p>In my latest investment advise I was informed that would assist if need be. I emailed their service at oldmutual.com and requested assistance on the 5/ 5 / 2016. I received a email that i would get assistance within 48 hours or sooner. I again requested the same request 10/05/2016 and until know have mot received any assistance. !!!!!!!!!</p> <p> </p>
