No service and No one should invest with old mutual

I submitted a withdrawal form in the beginning of December and was informed that i would get my funds by the 05th of January but still have not received anything. I also went into a branch but just as useless. Told me i must wait till end of the month cause an agent didn't submit my documents. They still want to benefit from my investment but not assist me. I requested to speak to a manager but was informed that the manager not there. I than called them and spoke to Denise who became rude because i was already irate. I will move my entire investment from them. ANDY ***
