No service
Poor service with regards to their customer services. Tried 7 times to get to speak to someone and each time I had to wait up unto 15min a time and then the line was cut off. It costs me more to phone them. Its madness

We apologise for the inconvenience caused. I call centres are exceptionally busy between 8:30 and 16:00 and this impacts on holding time. We are looking at ways to improve the waiting time for our customers and implementing new ways of doing things.
