No sense of urgency

It very sad and disgusting how people get exploited. I have lost my Dad last yr Nov. He had a product under contract number ***1 we have sent letters November last yr via old Mutual in Jozini as my Mother is the person authorized by the court to acquire information about this product, till today no one has called her or sent any communication. This unfair and so unprofessional and disrespectful of my Father who is no longer. I know to you its just business but to us he is a ****her. Please do the right thing.
