No salary payment for April 2023.

Greetings, I am writing this sitting in a house where there is no food , no bills payed, no electricity paid, no rent paid. Old mutual paid my salary on 18 April 2023 into a wrong Fnb account and the bank rejected the money back to old mutual. I made enquire back and forth and was told different stories when to expect the money into the right account. I can't go on without a salary. I go to dialysis 3 times a week, I need to buy the food I eat. Can I get my salary and my case attended.
