No Returned Call
On 6 November 2019 somebody from Old Mutual phoned our home number and asked to speak to my Wife. She said she was from Old Mutual and refused to tell me what it was about. My Wife was not available so she could not take the call. The caller promised to phone back shortly . Nothing was forthcoming on the 6th so I wrote to them later that day. I received a reply with a reference number CA***3 asking me for a policy number etc. Why they asked this when I clearly stated that my Wife was phoned by their staff member and I have no idea why. I tried phoning the number that the call came from - *** and got a message to say you will be called back. When is this going to happen? Shoddy service once again from Old Mutual - lack of etiquette and bad manners

I recently signed as a Commissioner of Oaths for my Wife in relation to a General Power of Attorney. I have no interest in the matter and Old Mutual has refused to transfer funds from one Investment Adviser to another. The Investment contract number is ***3 an Old Mutual Wealth Linked Investment currently being handled by a SP Marshall. The Client number is 642907 ino Mr C Albert. It has taken Old Mutual 3 weeks to decline this on the strength of me signing as the Commissioner of Oaths. I find this service from Old Mutual totally in bad faith. It is not that my Wife is trying to withdraw the funds and if they were to be transferred they would go into Mr Alberts cheque Account. Old Mutual has gone down and I may very well withdraw funds that my Wife has with yourselves.
