No response!! Useless.

Old mutual probably has the most useless call centre ever! I have been trying to get a hold of someone , ANYONE actually who could just help me cancel my policy, but its been such a struggle. You stay on hold for so long and eventually give up. I started calling and emailing them daily since the 11th of January. No reply on emails? No calls answers. I mean what do your call centre agents do all day ? Ridiculous service from a so called professional company.
