No response to reduction of premiums.

I am so disappointed in Old Mutual Greenlight. My financial advisor has been trying for 2 months to reduce my policy and there has been absolutely no progress made. The very people whose salaries, I contribute to every month, just make absolutely no effort to get the problem resolved and I am expected to keep paying for a premium that I no longer need. The service is absolutely shocking.
