No Response to numerous EMails

Despite numerous emails dating back to 22 February, nobody has rep**** to a simple instruction. I get emails back saying "Not Read" - why can nobody respond? This service isimply not good enough

Still no news. Yesterday I phoned and was advised I would get a call the same day. And - no call was received and still no reply to my emails. I cannot believe that Old Mutual are so useless!
