No response to my queries

I have been debited rather strangely by Old Mutual since 21 July 2015, on 14/07/15 R47 wa debited. I logged a query with ref OLDMUTCOL*** but was never assisted. On the 13th Aug communicated with Glen and he responded with an answer that didnt make sence to my account. I sent another email on 29/09/2015 as i was still being debited month end and randomly on the 1st , 12th , and 27th of the same month.Glen respondede \I will refer this to my Administrative Assistant for urgent feedback"On 07/10/2015 i sent another email to Glen telling him that Admin dep have not called me yet. Response : \""I will follow up as a matter of urgency... My apologies!\"" On 13/10/2015 i was debited AGAIN! i sent mail to Glen"
