No response to any of my emails/calls from Old Mutual

I have been trying to call Old mutual for two weeks now however I find myself holding for more than 40 minutes??, the whatsapp number is not useful at all, not to mention the non response to the smses I have sent. I wonder why my company held employee superfunds with them in the first place?? all im trying to do is get a status on my claim as the website/app doesn't have a tracker option. What an absolute waste of time
