No response this is why I am cancelling with Old Mutual

I sent through a cancellation request of all my policies on the 8 December, provided them with all of my details that they would need, VUYOLWETU MBANE then requested me to send a signed letter, to which I rep**** that my email should suffice as it provides all the details necessary to cancel, he didn't bother responding to me, on 18 December I then sent the letter for the cancellation and no response, this is the reason why I am cancelling all my policies with old mutual and moving them over, the service on the policy side over the years has been very bad, I would like these policies to be cancelled so that I can finalise it with the other company in case anything should happen to me
