No response received on when death claim will be finalized.

After hopelessly having a death claim processed. I have contacted Old Mutual customer service on 24/01/2018 and 31/01/2018. I was issued with a tracking number and was promised to be contacted within 48 hours. 48 Hours has long expired. Please help. When will this claim be finalized?
