No response received from superfund

I have resigned from my employer for over a month now. All my documents were submitted on time by my previous employer to Old mutual. Within that week I received an sms from Old mutual advising me that they received my superfund withdrawal request. I followed up on the status of the claim using the self help options and the sms option and all I get is that the is no claim received and that I am an active member. I have been trying to call Old mutual for days now and my calls are not being picked up. I also sent emails and no response received. Someone please help
