NO RESPONSE: OLD MUTUAL RFA

I've resigned from my employer in Nivember 2017 and since then I'm battling to get my Provident Fund (RFA) paid out to me. I've followed up 2 to 3 times a week via various email addresses and telephonically but says the employer have not submitted the e-claim yet I have also submitted all the relevant documentation on the 21 February but to no avail. The employer says they have submitted but Old Mutual says differently. I'm residing in Zambia now and contact details are on the completed claim form. The only response I get is a automated response... Please can someone provide feedback...
