No response, Not answering calls, Ignoring emails

How do I get hold of Old Mutual???? You don't respond to countless emails, you don't answer your phones. Why you are in business heaven only knows!<br> I sent you an email on 3/02/15 and got an automatically generated response CCC***. I sent several other emails (maybe 8 in total, I've lost count) on various days to which I received automatically generated responses to some but not all. I then tried to call your call centre and after holding on for 11 minutes listening to endless messages, ran out of airtime. I called again the next day, held on for 15 to 20 minutes and gave up! <br> I want to surrender a policy urgently and need to know the procedure. <br> It appears that this is going to be an almost impossible task!
