No response nor feedback
<p>I have requested to loan money from my policy 01/06/2016. But there is no communication and when i have asked about feedback on the process no response, on the 10/06/2016 got an email that i have to refill the form and they gave 15 working days on process and already on 13th day but nothing is happening still. i am very disappointed about their procedure that is slow and not responding emails timeously</p>

I have looked into the matter and find that a communication was sent to you on 07 June 2016. In this e-mail we requested clarity as you selected 2 different types of withdrawal options. We received no response to this until 13 June 2016.
The withdrawal has now been processed and the funds will reflect in the next 15 days.
I apologise for the delay and inconvenience caused in this regard.
