No Response from OMEM CST - Real Lack of Concern

I have been dealing with Old Mutual Financial Advisors in Gauteng and after a lot of delays and very poor service got exactly the opposite to what I asked to be done with a RA. I have contacted the OMEM CST and logged a complaint. After the standard reply from Lauren Cele I have heard nothing more from any parties involved even after a second email was sent to Lauren. <br> Too say I'm very disappointed on OM as a whole is an understatement and having always been a loyal supporter of OM I really feel that one one really cares anymore about their clients.
