No response from Old Mutual nominated as executor

I am at my wits end with Old Mutual’s failure to respond. My sister passed away and nominated Old Mutual as executor in her will. I have been emailing Old Mutual since 30 September on various email addresses to contact the people who will deal with her estate. I have many reference/case numbers. Up to now, I have had no response.
