No response from Old Mutual( emails and calls)

My OG Grp scheme has matured in December. I have sent several mails to OM and, no response(two mail addresses listed on their customer service site. I also called OM Grp Policy and waited for more than 20 minutes on 3 occasions and was unsuccessful. As at today I am still awaiting responses. Very poor service.
