No response from old mutual
Old mutual and that self service thing does not work. I sent an email to them on the 5th of January and I have not received any response from them. Their service is just BS. On the 8th I think I then se t. Request using their *120* option. Still nothing. Today is the 11th and no one at old mutual has attended to my request. I regret ever getting a policy with them. If you think of getting a policy try another company old mutual is a nightmare. Nxa

14 Jan 2021, 15:31Nazeem called but couldn't get hold of me. Left a message forme to call him on *** which this number you'll wait until you run out of airtime. Non the less I kept trying and finally got some lady she refused to put me trough to Nazeem and said she can't why then would he say call this number and be asked to be it through to him. Lady then give me a wrong email address. Like I feel old mutual just doesn't Wana talk to customers. Or they agents they hired just don't like doing their job. It's really frustrating. The service continues to be bad. And I think it's because I want to cancel my policy. Now I'm being punished for being unemployed and can't afford life. *** this is my email address please if he can't call me can we communicate via email and actually get this request of mine done.
