<p>NO RESPONSE FROM OLD MUTUAL</p> <p> </p> <p>I have a substantial investment in amongst other the Old Mutual Edge 28 Life Fund. Upon receipt of the Annual Statement of the OM Max Income, received on 25 June 2016, I have noticed that the OM Edge 28 Life Fund do not distribute income/returns as Unit Trusts to its unit holders.</p> <p>For two months now I have been in contact with Old Mutual to ascertain the reason for this.</p> <p>Their staff at the call centre did not know and referred me to their specialists – they however did not know and eventually referred me to the Customer Relationship Manager of New Generation Products CRM. She however did not know and referred the enquiry to the Technical Committee who did not know. She however undertook on 11 August 2016 to again refer it to “our technical team who are busy investigating”. I have had no further response and after two months not been able to solicit an informed response to my rather simple and straightforward question to Old Mutual.</p> <p>The Fact Sheet of the OM Edge 28 Life Fund indicated a fund value of R3,300,000,00-00 as at 31 March 2016.</p>
