No response and not willing to help

<p>For the past three months i have been trying to get hold of my financial adviser with no luck, i send emails, no response, i call the call center , i get transferred from one pillar to the other. None of my queries has been resolved.</p> <p>One of my policies has matured, they stoped deducting the monthly premium, but nobody is telling me what will happen next.</p> <p>I was advised that since i am still young, I need to invest in the category that is more aggresive so that i can get good return, nobody is willing to help me move my current policies into the more agressive category.</p> <p>In a nutshell, i am tired of this company and got to a point where i dont trust them with my money and therefore need to transfer to a more reliable investment company.</p> <p>I just cannot not do it.</p> <p>Regards,</p> <p>Adelaide</p>
