NO RESPONSE
On the 26 January 2016, I wrote an email to Old Mutual in connection with the Education Plan of my son who is admitted at the University of Free State in order to access the funds for the payment of tuition. I did not receive any response. I also forwarded my email to a different email address of Old Mutual on the 12 February 2016 and still no feedback has been received up until now.
