No Response

I have been trying for over a year to get a financial advisor to contact me. I have tried various options such as phoning the call centre, e-mailing, phoning a branch , giving bad reports on every survey. I even got a sms asking if an agent could contact us and I rep**** and spoke to a consultant. We made an appointment and no one came . I followed up on a weekly basis on sms and eventually gave up!!!!!<br> <br> I am horrified at the quality of service your company provides. My husband and I have a few policies which you guys and we can get no assistance what so ever. I told these policies years ago and when we need advise there is no one willing to assist us.<br> <br> Can someone contact me on ***.<br> <br>
