I'm an very disappointed with the level of service from Old Mutual. I have been emailing from Monday, 12 October to enquire about my policy and thus far I received not response at all. Why do you have on your website that you can email your query but then no one respond. I'm sure Old Mutual have staff the handles emails enquiries. Is it possible that someone assist me with my query
