NO RESPONSE

<p>I inquired about an investment policy for kids more than a month ago with Old Mutual. i was contacted by their call centre, and was told that i needed to speak to a broker, whom they said would contact me. I am STILL waiting for this supposed broker?</p> <p>What did happen was that i got repeated calls from the call centre, asking me the same questions( apparently the left hand doesnt know what the right hand is doing) just to be told repeatedly that a broker would contact myself.</p> <p>It blows my mind why a company would spend money on advertising a service when they cant deliver???</p> <p>if you cant deliver the service then dont advertise it. I wcant help but to wonder what this company directors think of this, where potential clients contact their business and then nothing...... cant be very profitable?</p>
