No responds on request since 23 July 2014

Last year I called Old Mutual to cancel the commissioning fare that they are paying to the consultant that sign up my policy because she have not called me in three years. The service consultant in inform me that they person has been fired from Old Mutual but she is still getting my money (lekker). They assigned a new consultant in the mean time that had never called me and he also got paid(??) I send an email to them to cancel the payment last year and today I received an email \ We wanna thank for your loyalty but we have to increase your payment on your policy".....which I don't have a problem with but on the 4 pages.....X amount payable to the consultant that is fired and the one that had never been in touch with me......I wanna cancel my life policy with them but still be able to claim all my money back from them due to bad service....is it possible?????"""
