No respond to my request

My name is Nicolett I contacted Old Mutual on the 01/12/15 requesting forms to surrender my Policy's and the surrender forms were sent to me the same day (11:30 ) from GSEnquiries. I sent the completed forms and also attached the required (ID/Bank Statements/Proof of Address) docs to GSEnquiries on 01/12/15 at 13:59 PM *** and I called in to find out if they received the documents and they said that I did not note the policy no then I noted the policy no and send it again with this *** after a called them to find out if they received the documents they said yes they did and the latest that will received my money will be Tuesday 08.12.2015 until now no one is calling me back saying anything or what is the progress of the policy's I have being calling and they said they will call me back until now no one did and I don't know if my policy are cancelled or what.
