NO RESPOND TO CLAIM

I believe that a death claim is a very urgent matter, and communication should be on time so we can prepare on time, can i please have feedback regarding my submitted claim, my in laws are sitting on my neck because they cant plan without money, my father in law passed away and i need money to bury him urgently, i called the call centre i think about 100 times but no one picks up

i am a big client of old mutual, please dont make me cancel my other policies
