No respond from them very bad service

I am appalled by the service delivery of old mutual saccawu provident fund I have been enquiring about my provident fund for the past 12 weeks and I get no joy all I get is that they are processing my claim, I have spoken to a woman and she took my id number and contact details and promised to call me back but never did until today and I spoke to the same lady again no proccess and still no call from her and I call constantly and she tells me that its being processed. . no feedback and nobody at old mutual knows what they doing im very disappointed.
