No respect for the elderly
A terrible company, took my grandmother at the branch so someone could explain to her how her late sister's retirement money was divided and why the company decided to pay her potion in to a trust with consulting her. A lady by the name of MMAKWENA TLEANA said she can't come down from her office to my grandmother but will talk to her on the phone. My poor granny could bearly hear her.

As I was waiting in line to be attended to, I watch and listened to the receptionist talking over the phone with another client, she ended the conversation by saying "I can't help you, you may complain at hello Peter if you want to " she placed the phone down and said she can't deal with these clients. My expectations dropped but I had hope until the same behavior was reciprocated to us.
