NO RESOLUTION OR FOLLOW UP !!!!

We cancelled 2 polcies for our helper , who is no longer employed by us in 2021

The one was a funeral policy and the other a retirement policy . A call was made an Emails. and fax was sent .

We have just changed bankimg accounts and have discovered that the one premium was never stopped !

I phoned on the 6 th May spoke to Korrsine Ref CET***0 who promised it would be escalated and we should get a call back Wed morn 8/5 NO CALL!!

I phoned midday 8/5 spoke to Kelebogile ref HUBESCC***2 - promised a reply today 9/5 NOTHING !!!!

Old Mytual owes us the premiums from Jan 2022 to April 2024 , my husband has returned the last 2 processed to the account . IF SOMEONE COULD PLEASE CALL ME TO RESOLVE THIS MATTER .
