No regard for client's life

I've been a customer for years, life and educationional covers. I recently had a shortfall of funds and policy lapsed ,I tried to revive it since January through all all departments a whole six months later I'm sitting uncovered..their complaints department is just as useless....I'm sad cos I've lost all my money and I'm sure they like it when such things happen....cos its money for them....WILL NEVER USE OR TRUST THEM AGAIN
