No refund: After life cover blood tests because of *********** broker

<p>I recently got a new life cover with Old Mutual. I was assigned a new Broker since my former brilliant old Broker: Dalisu Buthelezi for other two products (excluding the life cover in subject), has resigned. It is a pity because he was good. I am now working with Belinda Manton who is just ***********. First of all, she sent me to my Dr. for my life cover tests when a nurse could have been sent to my offices for my convenience. The Dr. charges R 400.00 for consultation and he still has not been refunded for running my bloods which he sent to Lancet Laboratories for testing. My medical aid paid Lancet for the Old Mutual life cover tests and I have sent Belinda Manton numerous enquiries with regards to my refund since Old Mutual was liable for those tests: to this day, I have not received my refund. The tests took place on the 20th of February and she keeps giving me information in drips and drags with regards to this refund. Over and above this; she had left out cholestrol tests from the initial blood tests requisition which meant a nurse had to be sent way after I went to my Dr. for these life cover tests, requiring me to make yet time for the so called cholestrol tests once again. Now that Old Mutual is supposed to pay me back for my blood tests which I paid for and also refund my Dr, the process is just dragging, meanwhile my life cover is up and running which confirms that Old Mutual has everything they need in relation to the tests, why I have not been refunded yet, beats me. However, I think it has everything to do with Belinda Manton because she could have sent a nurse to run all the tests or sent me directly to Lancet but chose not to for reasons known to her. I am really upset because this could have been avoided. I would like to be refunded for my Lancet tests and also have my Dr. paid by Old Mutual for the consultation in relation to the life cover tests. It is now two months later. I would also like a new competent broker who is more deserving of the commission to be assigned to me because I am unhappy that the commission is received by Belinda in spite of her incompetence. Ultimately, I will cancel this life cover and take the business elsewhere. I am UPSET ABOUT THIS....</p>
