NO QUESTIONS ASKED PLEASE, JUST DELIVER THE DAMN SERVICE

I took out a funeral cover for my grandmother today with old mutual, the lady said her name was Andiswe and she was calling from the Capetown branch with her direct number ending with 0521. Well, the sale went well up until the consultant told me to not go around and kill people, because there's a video that went viral for insurance claim *****. I was VERY MUCH INSULTED by what she was insinuating but I calmed myself and had to give a reason to her as to why I'm taking out the insurance. She even went on and told me that insurance companies these days, are investigating the extended family covers but that was fine because I understand and know that. Whilst we were talking she dropped the phone call and never ended our conversation properly because I was still talking to her, how RUDE and this is the second review I wrote about you. Old mutual: YOU MUST KEEP YOUR STAFF IN LINE. PLEASE!!!
