No peace of mind when insured with oldmutual - *********** ******

If you don't want peace of mind use old mutual. On the 23rd of April i sent old mutual a request to change my bank details from capitec to standard bank. log ref number CCC***8--this request was not done. this lead to May premiums not being deducted. Nosicelo a lady from Old mutual tried calling me to arrange to collect the missed premiums however we kept missing each other. i then reached out to the broker to assist me with their query as i did not have enough airtime to call. the call waiting period is too long. Mrs Vava assisted me and told me May will be deducted from my old account and June will be deducted in my new account. on the 27th both premiums went through as discussed. Now i get confirmation that my policy has lapsed. come on guys... why ??? my mother is in a critical condition in hospital and i can not deal with you and her. Can someone reinstate my policies so i dont have issues at time of death please. i have been escalating this matter with no assistance.
