No payout from Old Mutual

I don't even know where to begin, I went to old mutual Somerset west on the 28th of February to close of an account I was in desperate need of money had to add it up and pay of the builder guess what I did not receive my money, went in the following week and even now I'm still waiting for that money I could not get used to the things I planned. Literally I'm on arrears due to their negligence had to take in a leave waiting for the payout but it's still not through had to waste my energy and airtime calling them, I was told to upload a marriage certificate which I did last week and to make sure they received it I even mailed it 3 times but when I called in this morning I was told they did not receive it.

If they can give me the run around with such little money infact now don't even trust them if I could save anything with them including my pension and frankly now I want all the little savings I have with them they can cancel it.
