No payout for claim

My aunt has been trying to claim from Old mutual Superfund since her husband passed away in February 2020 and up until now she has received nothing. We have tried to call the call center and no one answers. We have sent countless emails following up on the claim but no one replies. It’s really heart breaking to say the least.
