No payout by Old Mutual

If there us one entity one must stay away from is this one. 3 years after my mother's passing this company almost refuses or delays with any of their payouts. From 3 policies not payed, 2 life insurance cancelled without any form of communication, to an investment that is delayed in pay out and *********** consultants. They will ask for documents and you will forever scan, and shall wait for their communication. They will look for any fine print on your contract just so they don't pay. I have even taken a decision to close my current life insurance with them. I regret why I even took it .
