No payout as promised

<p>I went to N1 City branch last week Friday to surrender my GS savings. This policy was a godo waste of my time. I handed over paper work, and was advised by consultant that I would receive the payout within 3 days. I assumed it was 3 working days, so I waited. Today is the 7th day, 5th working day, and to my suprise NO PAYOUT!!! I phoned the branch, and the consultant was not in, I was given a number to call, which was the incorrect number. I had to verify my details 5 times, with different people, and was told that I phoned into wrong department. Eventually when I got the right number I was informed that there would be no payout as there were no documents uploaded. How is this possible? He took all my paper work, hell, I even forgot my actual ID document at the brach. I phoned the branch later the same day to find out if everything was fine, and he informed me that I had left my ID behind. So when Im told that I will not receive my request, Im ****ed for days!!! I want my money today, can someone tell me what time I can expect my money</p>
