NO Payment on my provident fund payout

<p>I was retrenched from work in June 2016 and I requeated a withdrawal from my provident fund wth old mutual,until this day I have not recieved any payment, when i call the number they always give me the answer they are waiting for documents from the company but when I call the company they say they sent everyting to them. Now i have been playing this up and down game for a while now with no solution. </p>
