no payment on claim
utterly disappointment with the service at old mutual. I made a claim in the first week of June - till today I have not received feedback or updates on my claim. I have been going to branches being told its being escalated but still. I would never recommend this omp policy to any one, Im now owing people money when I have been paying for a policy that is still even deducting even after my dad has passed away,
