no payment for policies

on 2 May I went to n1 branch of old mutual to surrender 4 policies I had with them. firstly the branch had 2 employees and we were told everyone else is late . so 1 and a half hours later I was with a consultant and canceled all my policies. I was told I would get payment in 3 to 5 days. on the 5th working I called the call center as no payment was made then I was told it takes 5 to 7 days. then today being day 7(working days) I still received nothing when I called into the call center I was told nothing was done on my accounts so I called the branch and THEN it was changed to 7 to 15 working days.<br> <br> I think this is real poor customer service as I've been paying for almost 5years and never missed a payment... and this is the way I get repaid...
