No payment for late my father pension fund

My father passed away last month and he was getting his pension from old mutual. My father had two wives and my mom and the other wife went to old mutual to change the banking details so they can continue receiving my fathers pension fund. They were told they will get first payment on the 15th but nothing came , I called Old mutual as my mother and other wife can’t speak English and they are old but I was getting transferred left and right without any assistance
