No payment and promised within 5 working days.
I have surrended my policy on the 30th September 2015. And was promised payment will be made in 7 working days. However no payment has been made. I phoned about 4 times and its such a waste of my airtime and time. I just need my money urgently. I phoned today the 19th and they said they will get back to me but nothing yet. They say they have all my documents.
